We watched a lot of TV: the final season of "Ballers" and "Modern Family", the first season of "Younger", the first two seasons of "A Million Little Things" and "Mad Men", season 2 of "Jack Ryan", seasons 2 and 3 of "Big Mouth", season 3 of "Atypical", season 4 of "This Is Us", season 6 of "Orange is the New Black", and finally, all available episodes of "The Mandalorian". NFL football remains a staple. |
We began the month by hiking up Cobble Hill. We explored the Glenora area, including walking from Glenora Trails Head Park to Glenora Riverside Park and to the Holt Creek Trestle Bridge along the Cowichan Valley Trail portion of "The Great Trail". We enjoyed time at home, and walks throughout our community, including three more trips up Cobble Hill. We were pleased that Shaun and Debbie were able to join us again this year for the Remembrance Day service at the Cobble Hill cenotaph, followed by lunch and drinks at our place. The sea lions stayed the entire month, basking in the sunshine. The Grey Cup was the only CFL game I watched this year - congratulations to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers! Lisa joined me to watch Keith Urban's halftime performance. There's always time to check out some movies. I did some reading, too.
